Got leftover momos at home? Here’s how you can use them. Let’s start off with manchurian gravy. For this, all you need to do is heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and some chopped veggies along with black pepper, salt, soya sauce, vinegar and schezwan chutney. Mix all the ingredients well. Once done, add cornstarch along with a cup of water to make the gravy thick. Stir for 5-6 minutes.

Now, add leftover momos and mix them with the gravy. Cover the pan and let all the ingredients settle. Once done, pour the recipe on the plate, garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves and your dish is ready to relish. Yes, it’s that simple!
